Adobe Voice
Adobe Voice App - Tell your own story with your own voice. It is not always the story that captures the audiences attention, but the voice behind the story is what really makes it come alive. Adobe voice is a great app available for i-pads that allows individuals to produce and create their own original stories. I was introduced to adobe voice on my first practicum where the students used it during math to explain their thinking. Many times students who struggle putting words onto a page are great at explaining things orally, adobe voice allows those students to save and share their work/thinking with teachers independently. One drawback I discovered to adobe voice after some investigation was that it was restricted to individuals ages 13 and up, therefore, according to the terms of use policy, only some intermediate and senior level students could actually make use of this app. One great thing about adobe voice is it walks you through the steps of creating your own story, this would make if very user friendly for younger students to use independently if allowed. The possibilities for adobe voice to be used in the classroom are endless, I believe this would be a great tool to be able to have available to younger students.
